The Partners in Education (PIE) Foundation enables local organizations to connect with schools or programs within Knox County Schools. The purpose is to enrich and expand the educational opportunities of Knox County students while promoting a deeper understanding of the school system within the community.
PIE is a grassroots organization that supports individual schools, teachers, principals, and parent organizations by funding their needs. PIE maintains a school needs website which is updated by the schools with information on item, project, and service needs.
We are often asked by businesses how they can become more involved in supporting our education system. PIE has launched the PIE Membership Program to allow companies to financially support school needs and positively impact our local community. Multiple membership options, along with benefits packages, are available.
